I know how complex and challenging and yet enjoyable and compelling our professional lives can be. I draw on two decades of marketing and business experience in commercial organisations including financial services, telecoms, and central government, working closely with colleagues across many functional disciplines in the UK and internationally to develop and deliver products and services.

The European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) is the respected industry body which promotes best practice in coaching, I am accredited as a coach-mentor by the EMCC at Practitioner level. My formal qualification is Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, the result of a year-long programme of learning from specialist coaching college, the OCM, accredited by the EMCC and Oxford Brookes University. I have also trained with career coaching specialist, John Lees.

As a continuing member of the EMCC, my work is guided by their code of ethics and competency framework.
